The invisible labor no one's tracking (but you should be)

The invisible labor.

You know what I'm talking about, right?

It's the lunch you ordered for your exec—not because they asked, but because you knew they had back-to-back meetings and wouldn't eat otherwise.

You made sure it wasn't too heavy (because they have investor calls all afternoon), that it arrived with enough time to actually eat it, and that it met their dietary restrictions you've memorized by heart.

"This is what I've accomplished over the past 8 weeks. Help me quantify my impact."

  • Proof that you optimized a broken process that was costing the team 2 weeks per report.
